The MUNCHIES!!!



Why is it that when I start trying to eat healthy and exercise I get the MUNCHIES?!!  It’s like my thoughts for the day are filled with what my next meal or snack is going to be.  It can really feel kind of obsessive at times.  Now, when I’m overeating and not working out, I’m never hungry.  I guess if you’re overeating, your body doesn’t have time to get hungry.  Hopefully having the munchies means that my body is burning my food for energy. (I hope…LOL!)  

Just keep swimming...

I'm always hungry! However, I work out a lot. I surround myself with healthy snacks and the junkie snacks are never near by. I will grab a handful of nuts and raisins when I must or a piece of fruit. Helps to curb my hunger. Also, sometimes you are just thirsty...have a big glass of water!

I am a big snacker and that cookie monster pic reminds me of myself...LOL
Over the last month I have become more hungry than I have ever been in my life. I know its because of the increased exercise and activity, so I have had to adjust my diet accordingly. Because i like to snack, I keep healthy snacks around to keep me from eating spicy cheetos and candy!
